HFT Alert software is a monthly subscription based service.  Subscriptions start at $25 for a 30 day period and can be set up for recurring monthly billing.  To order your subscription, click on the product subscription link of your choice above.  You can then chose a single month or a continuous monthly subscription.  You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the terms and conditions listed below.  Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with the server and user information needed to enable your software.  It will take about 24 hours for your service to begin.  Instructions for setting up your software are shown in the Download section.  Please review our Subscription and Refund Policy below before ordering.

EXCHANGE FEES: 

Nasdaq requires that exchange fees be collected for HFT Alert Users.  Non Professional users must pay a monthly exchange fee of $1.  Professional users must pay a monthly exchange fee of $20.

 

If you answer yes to any of these three questions, you must pay professional exchange fees. If you answer no to all three, then you qualify for non-professional Exchange Fees.

Subscription and Refund Policy

 

The following Subscription and Refund Policy applies to all paid HFT Alert.com software users.  This policy is subject always to our terms and conditions and may be changed from time to time.  Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following Subscription and Refund policy applies to all of our subscription services:

 

Subscriptions

 

HFT Alert.com does not accept returns or refunds for subscription data services. Users can purchase a data subscription for a single month in which case such subscription automatically terminates 30 days after it was purchased.  The subscription will not be pro-rated or refunded for any reason.

 

If you choose the recurring subscription option, you will automatically be charged on your subscription renewal date which is 30 days after your initial subscription. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by accessing your account in the User Portal from HFTAlert.com, see the "Subcriptions" heading.  Your subscription will then terminate at the conclusion of the subscription period. To ensure proper cancellation, you should access your account and cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.  No refunds will be made for any reason.

 

Failed Transactions

 

Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, your subscription will terminate at the conclusion of the subscription period.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of the subscription service, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
