THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU MIGHT BE DOING
EMPTY YOUR MIND OF PRECONCEPTIONS: We do not follow price We do not draw diagonal lines anywhere on the charts We do not use candles, channels or bands. We do not look for any of the price following patterns such as ‘head and shoulders’, flags, pennants, wedges, etc.
The only way you will learn how to use the software is to experience it in real time
by learning the setups and the skills we need and watching it play
out time after time until you can recognize them yourself.
THE DELINEATOR TELLS US WHEN AND IN WHAT DIRECTION TO TRADE.
ACCUMULATORS ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE TRADES IDENTIFIED BY THE DELINEATOR RULES: 1. PRICE FOLLOWS THE SLOPE OF THE PRIMARY DELINEATOR UNLESS SW IS STRONG ENOUGH TO OFFSET THAT FORCE 2. WE TRADE IN THE DIRECTION THE SLOPE IS MOVING WHEN THE CYCLE MOMENTUM IS HIGH AND AVOID WHEN IT IS LOW Using a leading indicator of price is different from price following. It will take you 6 or more cycles for you to be able to rely upon the software. I will teach you how the software works by showing you how to trade intraday ranges for 50 cent targets using the SPY75 TT#1 and TT#2 setups. After you learn how to do this, you will know the basics of how the software works and you can then build upon that foundation for many different types of strategies.
LESSON PLAN: DAY 1 The Software
PLEASE WATCH THESE BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS. Components of the Delineator: watch Delineator Tutorial Video. VERY IMPORTANT
(LINKS WILL BE PROVIDED)
Components of the Accumulator: watch Accumulator Tutorial Video. VERY IMPORTANT
During the day observe the motion of both and identify components as they print on the charts during the day. We will point out examples as they appear.
Day 2 Cycles on the Primary Delineator What is a cycle. The initial phase The terminating phase Cycle Momentum: the Change Range of the Primary How to predict a slope change. During the day observe the motion, we will point out examples
in real time.
Day 3 Trading Ranges What is a range Why is there a range How to identify what the ranges are. Tradable lows and highs, how to identify them Reversal bars Expansion bars Flip Color program bars During the day observe the motion, we will point out examples
in real time.
Day 4 SPY75 Why people fail at trading: the 3 reasons. SPY75 Setups: TT#1 long TT#1 short TT#2 long TT#2 short Aggressive vs. “By The Book”
Divergent Accumulator Setups
Day 5, 6, and 7: Observing setups,
answering questions, practice predicting the values of the Primary,
Cycle Momentum Scenario calculations.
Day
8-15: continuous supervised monitoring for trading setups
and practice trading them.
Day
16-20: trading for real although many start in the 3rd week.
Chatrooms
are very important during the entire process and are used for support.
